5. Duties, Taxes & Customs


* Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost

* These charges are the responsibility of the customer

* We can provide necessary documents to assist with customs clearance upon request




6. Packaging


We use reinforced packaging suitable for heavy and fragile goods:


* Wooden crates or frames for glass products

* Pallets or steel strapping for heavy equipment

* Protective wrapping to reduce risk of damage during transit




7. Order Tracking


Tracking information will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.

For sea freight or special shipments, updates will be provided by our support team.




8. Damaged or Lost Shipments


If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:


* Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

* Provide photos or relevant documentation

* We will work with the logistics provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible




9. Special Notes


* Some remote areas may require additional shipping fees or extended delivery time

* Large or bulk orders may be shipped in multiple packages

* Customers are responsible for ensuring unloading capability for heavy goods
